The date for displaying the first list of selected children including waiting list along with marks allotted under point system 15/02/2017 (Wednesday)
The date for displaying the second list(if any)(including waiting list) 28/02/2017 (Tuesday)
Closure of admission process 31/03/2017 (Friday)

 

  • Note:  Subject to change as per DOE guidelines
  • Minimum age for NURSERY admission is 3 years by 31 MARCH 2016
  • Documents to be submitted along with the form for General Category
  • Birth proof  –          
    • (a)Birth certificate under the Birth, Death and Marriages Certification Act,1986.
    • (b) Hospital/Auxillary Nurse and Midwife(ANM) register record.
    • (c) Anganwadi Record.
    • (d) Declaration of age of the child by the parent or guardian.
  • Residence Proof –  
    • (a) Ration Card issued in the name of parents ( mother/father having name of the child.
    • (b) Domicile certificate of child or his/her parents.
    • (c)  Voter I card of any of the parents.
    • (d) Electricity bill/mtnl telephone bill/water bill.
    • (e) Unique identify Card of mother/father/child issued by government of India.
    • (f) Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
  • Photographs –
    • (a) passport size of child-2
    • (b) stamp size of child -1
    • (c) passport size of child’s family with child- 1
  • Documents to be submitted along with the form for Economically Weaker Section and Disadvantaged Category
  • Birth proof  –   
    • (a) Birth certificate under the Birth, Death and Marriages  Certification Act,1986.
    • (b) Hospital/Auxillary Nurse and Midwife(ANM) register record.
    • (c) Anganwadi Record.
    • (d) Declaration of age of the child by the parent or guardian.

  • Caste Proof-   
    • (a) A certificate issued by a Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar or any other Competent Authority.
    • (b) Caste Certificate issued by DC Office.
  •  Disadvantaged Proof-
    • (a) Medical Cerificate from Govt. Hospital, in case of children with special needs/ disabilities.
    • (b) A Certificate issued in accordance with instruction issued  by the Department of Women and Child Development, GNCT of Delhi, vide order dated 11.12.12 in case of Orphan Child.
  • Application form to be filled with blue ink in English/Hindi ( if the form is in English /Hindi language) 
  • Incomplete Admission Form will not be accepted 

 Senior wing
Admissions to other classes takes place in the month of April, subject to availability of seats after admission test. The school reserves the right to admit the child to a class suited to his/her level. For this the forms are available at the school office.
