Every student seeking admission in the school is required to apply on the prescribed Application Form along with the following certificates / documents.

Progress Report from the school last attended.
School Leaving Certificate duly countersigned by the Education Authority of the State.
Vaccination and Birth Certificate.

REGISTRATION OF NEW ADMISSIONS
Registration of new admissions starts from 1st October onwards but mere registration does not guarantee admission.
PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION
Admissions are generally made in Pre-Nursery, Nursery and in other classes depending upon the availability of seats. The minimum age for Admission in Pre-Nursery is 2+ while in Nursery class it is 3 years as on 1st April.
SYLLABUS FOR ADMISSION TEST FOR PRIMARY, MIDDLE, SECONDARY AND SENIOR SECONDARY CLASSES
A student will be admitted only if he/she qualifies in the written test in Hindi, English, Maths & Science based on the previous class syllabus.
PAYMENT OF FEE
All fee must be paid by the 10th of every month through Cheque/ Pay Order in favour of Gold Field Public School, Faridabad(More Schools) failing which a fine of Rs. 5/- per day will be charged. Cash will not be accepted. The name of the defaulter will be struck off the school Rolls on the 30th of the month.

Fee Paying months for XI Class : July – One month Fee (April) with Admission Charges.

Reservation of 10% seats for the students belonging to the economically weaker section of society.
Reservation of 10% seats for the students is determined on the basis of means cum merit.
Under the RTE Act we welcome / admit students who are holders of BPL Cards.

WITHDRAWAL OF STUDENT
A clear one month notice in writing or one month’s fee in lieu of the notice period is necessary for the withdrawal of the child from school. All outstanding dues will have to be cleared before the school transfer certificate is issued. Request for withdrawal will be entertained only if it is written by either of the parents or the official guardian of the student.
RE-ADMISSION
Application for re-admission, giving reasons may be considered by the Principal. No claim for seat shall be entertained once the Principal refuses re-admission with or without assigning any reason.
ATTENDANCE & LEAVE
Absence from school is strictly discouraged. Leave is granted only on compassionate grounds for which leave application “signed by either of the parents or the official guardian” will be accepted. Parents are requested to ensure full attendance of their wards.
