GUIDELINES FOR FILLING THE REGISTRATION FORM
These guidelines are only for Registration for admission to Pre School (Nursery) Class.
Age Eligibility: Child should complete 3 yrs as on 31st March 2017
A. Distribution of seats
Total No. of seats 252 Seats
General Category (Open) Seats (75%) 189 Seats
Seats for Economically Weaker Sections / DG Category (25 %) 63 Seats
B. General Instructions:
i. Parents may apply online through our website www.modernconventschool.com or may apply offline.
ii. Registration forms (offline) are available at the school reception counter between 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m on all working days from 9th January 2017 to 23rd January 2017 * on payment of Registration fee of Rs. 25/-
iii. Parents applying online must submit printout of the form along with registration fee of Rs. 25/- at the school reception counter.
iv. Applicants are allowed to apply once ie. either Online or offline.

C. Admission Criteria
As per instruction No. F/DE/15/1031/ACT/2016/12668 dated 07.01.2017 (http://www.edudel.nic.in/upload/upload_2017_18/12668_dt_07012017.htm )
D Documents to be attached with the registration form: (Photocopy)
1. Birth Certificate under the Births, Deaths and Marriage Certification Act, 1986 issued by competent authority.
2. Residence Proof: Neighborhood (Please attach any one of the following given below)
i. Ration Card issued in the name of the parents (mother / father) having name of the child.
ii. Domicile Certificate of child or of his / her parents.
iii. Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
iv. Electricity Bill / MTNL Bill / Water Bill / Passport in the name of any of the parents or the child
v. Aadhar Card / UID Card issued in the name of the parents / Child.
3. Sibling: For sibling case attach Sibling’s I-Card and Fee Slip of Last Quarter as issued from Modern Convent School, Sector – 4, Dwarka

|The date for displaying the first list of selected candidates (including Waiting List)||28/02/2017 (Tuesday) at 10 AM|
|Resolution of queries of parents, if any (by written / email / verbal interaction) regarding allotment of points to their ward in the first list)||01/03/2017 to 04/03.2017|
|The date for displaying the second list of selected candidates (if any) (including waiting list)||15/03/2017 (Wednesday)|
|Closure of Admission Process||31/03/2017 (Friday)|
* Parents are required to check the details of their ward and the distance allotted from 04.02.2017 to 07.02.2017. Any discrepancy (if found) has to be notified at the School Reception by 07.02.2017 (12:00 noon). No queries will be entertained thereafter.
