Admission criteria : The admission to open seats shall be made only on the basis of fixed parameters and points prescribed as under

Date, place, mode of Distribution and receipt of Registration Forms : The Registration Forms will be distributed and collected from the Reception counter as per schedule given against item No. 10 below.

Infrastructural facilities available in the school : Spacious & Airy classrooms, Toys, Musical Instruments, Teaching Aids Equipments, T,V Games, Puzzles, Cutouts, DVD Player, Charts, Library, Play Field, Labs (Physics, Chemistry, Bio, Home Science, Computer, Maths & Social Science), Transport facilities available.

Distribution of Registration Forms 2nd Jan, 2017 to 23rd Jan, 2017
Acceptance of filled up forms Till 23rd Jan, 2017 upto 4.00 PM
Display of list of selected candidates according to criteria
First / Waiting List 15th Feb, 2017
Second List, if any 28th Feb, 2017
Closure of admission process 31st Mar, 2017

The list of selected candidates will be displayed on the School Notice Board.

Acceptance of Fee

From the First List : 15th Feb, 2017 to 28th Feb, 2017

From the Second List : 28th Feb, 2017 to 31st March, 2017

Refund of Fee

(a) For ineligible candidates : All charges except registration fees

(b) In case of withdrawn after admission within one month : All charges except admission fee and one month’s tuition fees.

List of documents to be produced by the parent at the time of admission / registration (Photocopies should be self attested)

i. Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation.

ii. Proof of residential address (Election Card / Aadhar Card / PAN Card / Passport / Electricity Bill / Telephone Bill / Driving License / Lease Deed / Rent Agreement made six months prior to the submission of the application form)

iii. In case of sibling applicants : the identity card / admission no. / latest fee bill of the sibling.

iv. In case of alumni of South Delhi Public School, School Leaving Certificate / Sr. Secondary / Secondary Board Certificate.

v. Documentary evidence regarding Handicapped status of Child / Parents.

vi. Single parent to provide proof of their single status.

vii. If the information provided is found to be incorrect or false the applicant shall be automatically debarred from selection process without any correspondence in this regard.

Note : The minimum age of the child should be 3 (Three) years as on 31.03.2017.
