Admission Criteria

The total number of seats for admission at entry level i.e. Class I is

Total Seats – 336
25% seats reserved for EWS/DG group – 84
3% seats as Staff Quota – 10
20% seats under Management Quota – 67
Remaining seats are for General category – 175

All General category seats will be allotted on the basis of maximum points obtained under the parameters given below. In case there is a tie, draw of lots will be conducted.

The date for displaying the first list of selected children including Waiting List  15.02.2018
Resolution of queries of parents, if any, by verbal interaction, regarding the first list 16.02.18 to 20.02.18
The date for displaying the second list (If any) including Waiting List  28.02.2018
Closure of admission Process 31.03.2018
  • Duly filled in Registration Form along with all supporting documents (self attested photocopies) may be deposited in the school latest by 17.1.2018 between 9 am and 11 am.
  • The age for entry level (class I) should be between 5 years to 5 years 11 months 29 days.

REGISTRATION FOR EWS/DG GROUP AS PER SCHEDULE OF DEPTT. OF EDUCATION

Registration Fee – Rs.25/- (Non-Refundable)
Admission Fee – Rs.200/
FEE STRUCTURE FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2018-19
Tuition Fee – Rs.7700/- pm
Annual Charges – Rs.9800/-
Development Charges: 15% of Annual Tuition Fee (payable monthly or in two installments – in the month of May and November)
Other charges will remain unchanged.

Required Documents:

  • Date of Birth Certificate of the child
  • Proof of Residence
  1. Aadhar Card/UID Card issued in the name of any of the parents
  2. Voter-ID Card (EPIC) of any of the parents
  3. Electricity Bill/MTNL Telephone Bill/ Water Bill /Passport in the name of any of the parents or child
  4. Ration Card / Smart Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of child)
  5. Domicile Certificate of child or of his/her parents
  • Proof of Sibling : Photocopy of I-Card
  • Proof of Alumni : Photocopy of Class XII Passing Certificate
  • Proof of disability of child (if applicable)
  • If you are the guardian and not the parent, also enclose the following:-
  1. Letter by the parent assigning you the guardianship of the child.
  2. An affidavit as an evidence

Transport facility will be provided by the school only on existing routes.
