- Registration forms for children born between 1st April, 2012 and 31st March, 2015 can be filled in Online ONLY for academic session 2018-2019.
- Completed registration form needs to be submitted latest by 16:00 hours on Wednesday, 17th January 2018.
Total number of seats available is 112. [Open seats – 62, Seats under the Disadvantaged groups and Weaker sections – 28 (25% of total seats), Management seats – 22 (20% of total seats)]
- The Shri Ram School has a split campus. The Junior School is in Vasant Vihar and the Senior School is in DLF Phase III, Gurugram.
- The Shri Ram School offers ISC/ICSE, NIOS, CIE & IB Diploma Programme
The online registration form will be available from Wednesday, 27th December, 2017 to Wednesday, 17th January, 2018. The last date for receiving all forms is Wednesday, 17th January 2018 by 1600 hours.
The admission process has been designed to provide equal opportunity to all and to maintain transparency in the admission process. The criteria for admission is as follows:

1. Has registered with the TSRS Alumni Association
2. Has studied at The Shri Ram School for a minimum of 5 consecutive years Or Has passed the ICSE/ISC/IB/NIOS from The Shri Ram Schools
An application may be submitted under only one of the categories – Staff/Sibling/Alumni.
The above said criteria is applicable only to the academic session 2018-19.
The admission schedule for admissions to Pravesh Vatika (Nursery), 2018-19 is as below

Documents required for admission on free seats :
For the admission of child belonging to weaker sections:
a. Income certificate issued by a revenue officer not below the rank of Tehsildar.
b. BPL ration card (yellow coloured)
c. AAY Ration Card (pink coloured)
d. Food Security card issued by Food & supply Dept. (GNCT of Delhi).
For the admission of child belonging to disadvantaged group:
a. A Caste certificate issued by the Revenue Department GNCT Delhi (DC Office) in respect of SC/ST/OBC (Non Creamy Layer) of child/Parents.
b. Medical Certificate from government hospital or a report of diagnosis from a recognized hospital. (In case of Special Need or/ disability)
For the admission of an Orphan child: Documentary evidence for Orphan/ A certificate issued by the Women and Child Development Department of GNCT of Delhi shall be considered.
For the admission of Transgender child: Documentary evidence for Transgender.
Proof of residence:
a. Ration card issued to the parents (mother/father having the name of the child).
b. Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.
c. Voter Id card of any of the parents.
d. Electricity bill/MTNL bill/Water Bill.
e. Unique Identity card (Aadhar card) in the name of Father/Mother/Child issued by the Government of India.
f. Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
Proof of Date of Birth:
a. Birth certificate under the Birth; Death and Marriage Certificate Act, 1986.
b. Hospital/Auxiliary Nurse and Midwife. (ANM) register record.
c. Anganwadi Record.
d. Declaration of age of the child by the parents or guardian.
